Esmee Stalenberg is a Dutch Urban Designer and Planner, currently living and working in London, United Kingdom. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Design from the University of Applied Sciences in Amsterdam and a Master’s Degree in Urban Design and Planning from the Technical University Delft, the Netherlands. During her studies she worked for the Municipality of Amsterdam in the Department for City Planning.
Currently, Esmee is working as an Urban Designer for Jacobs, an international technical professional services firm and solutions provider, where she supports in the development of urban regeneration projects, spatial and digital strategies and visions, transport-led growth studies, master planning and residential development in various scales ranging from the street level to the region. Before joining Jacobs, she was part of the community’s taskforce for the Heathrow Expansion Project at Grimshaw Architects in London.
